Payment Authorization Process

When you place an order, a standard authorization check is performed on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Once approved, your card will be charged a deposit for the items. After your order has been dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, this deposit will be applied toward your total payment.

Order Production

Because our products are custom-made based on your chosen designs and preferences, production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

How to Make a Payment

To finalize your purchase, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will then be redirected to our secure payment processing page, where you can select your preferred payment method. If you choose PayPal, the transaction will be processed by PayPal, and the charge will appear on your credit card statement as a PayPal payment.

Refund Policy

In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method—either your PayPal account or your credit/debit card.
