Welcome to Verazelda! This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website. Our goal is to ensure your order is processed quickly, shipped securely, and delivered to you on time.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your payment has been successfully verified.
  • Business Days: Processing takes place Monday through Friday (EST). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Carriers Used: We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing (2–3 business days) + Shipping (3–8 business days).
These are estimates and not guarantees, as unforeseen delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.) may occur once the package is in transit.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Verazelda is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. In some cases, returned packages may be sent to our logistics partner’s warehouse and could be disposed of if not claimed.
  • Forwarding Requests: Once an order has shipped, any forwarding or redirection requests are at your own risk. Verazelda cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage in these cases.

Customized & Special Orders

Since our products are often made-to-order or personalized, additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the design. If there are significant delays, our support team will notify you directly.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations
