At Verazelda, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While each item is carefully made to order, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review carefully before making a purchase.


Order Exchanges

Please double-check your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—before completing checkout. Since our products are custom-printed, we are unable to process exchanges for mistakes in these selections.

If you realize an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Our support team will be happy to guide you through the process.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • After this timeframe, your order may already be processing, making cancellation no longer possible.

To cancel, please email us immediately at support@verazelda.com with your order number.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items arrive damaged or broken.
  • The product differs in size, design, or material from your order.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • There are significant differences from the product description.

Ineligible for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Defects not caused by our oversight (e.g., customer damage).
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Minor, fixable issues such as loose threads.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and shipped back in the original packaging.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@verazelda.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide the following:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
    • Photos of the item showing the defect or damage.
    • Any supporting documentation (e.g., shipping label, email screenshots).
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending your item. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
  4. Include a tracking number when returning the package.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • Our refund policy is valid only within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
