What’s Not Covered Under Our 30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement. In these cases, Velica cannot be held responsible:

- Request made after 30 days from the date of product delivery.
- Incorrect information provided at checkout, such as wrong size, product variant, shipping address, or customization details.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance of the product.
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or soiled, resulting in damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
- Personal reasons, including a change of mind or dissatisfaction with personal taste or style.
- Products purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.
But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will begin processing your refund right away.

Bank Posting Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
